OBJECTIVE

Design a new visual identity to position and communicate Unilever’s beauty expertise. To create options to explore the existing Personal Care logo towards an innovative execution that incorporated a more contemporary typeface and design.

 

SOLUTION

Commissioned by the Global President of Personal Care and Beauty we worked with Unilever/U-Studio for Nieal to lead the logo redesign. We visually consolidated the heritage of the Unilever brand logo with the modernity and simplicity of the secondary logo Beauty and Personal Care. The message was clearly maintained by partnering the new typeface with the Unilever brand identity.

 

OUTCOME

The Global President of Personal Care and Beauty was delighted with the new brand identity because it successfully enhanced Unilever’s prestige in this catergory and strategic business focus.
